Description

Welcome to our fully fenced yard with plenty of space for your dog(s) to run, play, and explore! There are two gated entry points: one accessible from the front of the house on the left side, and another if you prefer to park on Waterbrook Drive and walk to the gate on the left side if you were looking at the back of the house. Fresh water is available from the spigot near the grills, with a dog bowl provided for your convenience. For dog owners, there’s a shaded seating area under the deck with access to an electrical outlet. We hope you and your pup enjoy your visit!

Hi, I’m Katherine! I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently share my home with my 9-year-old rescue. I remember what it was like living in an apartment with no safe space for my dog to really run and just be a dog. That’s why I’m happy to share our yard with you and your pup(s)! Welcome to Lix Creek Private Dog Park by Sniffspot! :) We would love to share our little slice of heaven with you! Upon entering the red gates, you'll see a picnic table and fire ring. There is a mowed path around the 20 acre property with red arrows directing along the way. You will also find a map on site to reference as well. There are 3 creek accesses if your fury friend would like to get a drink or play. In the plastic tote, there is fresh water, a bowl and some fetch toys. We live on the property and would be happy to answer any questions you have!

Welcome! This space is fully fenced, with easy access from the street. The entrance gate (to the right of the carport when facing the house) can be a little stubborn, but just remember to push towards the yard, not towards the street, and please don't leave a gap when it's closed. I have chairs for your comfort, plus poop bags, a trashcan, toys, and a water bowl for the pups and your convenience. The hose is all yours to use as well! A few notes: - The upstairs deck is not off-limits, however, it's not in the best shape (this is one reason why I'm renting my spot, so that I can repair it and make your experience even better!), so please be aware of the boards that are not flush. - I have dogs that use the spot as well, but will keep them inside during pre-booked reservations. - Please feel free to park on the street in front of the house. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions! I'm new to this and would love your feedback as I learn the best ways to host you and your pups.
