A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. WEATHER ALERTS - If there is a bad air quality alert, we will block off time slots in accordance with those alerts. Our yard is on average about 20 degrees cooler due to the ample shading with all our trees. If temps are due to be in 3 digit area though, we will also block off those time slots as it is just too hot for pups to be out. Just a reminder during these summer months, if the pacements/sidewalks are too hot for your bare feet, it's too hot for your pups paws - so speak up if you see pups being walked, or even being dragged along for a jog/run during the middle of these hot days! KIDDIE POOLs - available in the warmer months, at no extra charge for pup splash time, just add it to your booking so I can set up for you! We have a spacious, secure private fenced and peaceful yard, in a quiet and dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, and a side entry gate.  Patio heater available during the colder months. Our yard has sunny areas, as well as plenty of trees providing natural shade and much needed coolness during those hot humid summer days.  A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 7ft wooden privacy fence all the way around the property, the front and neighbor side sections are double sided, so a perfect solution for reactive pups and a side entry gate.  Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard!  Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies!  The playground chips are a natural tick repellent. We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups!  The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too!  Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass.  You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs, lawn chair seating and a hammock!  We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, kiddie pools and outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play in the warmer months, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard.  Good space for running, playing chase, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around under the shade or in sun spots for the more mature pups!  The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. **Our priority is opening up our space for your furbabies to enjoy to their heart's content. If you need to bring your human children too, please make sure they are well behaved, respectful of our property and possessions, and under your mature supervision at all times! Smoking, vaping, alcohol and glass containers are NOT permitted at our spot.
