Description

Huge flat yard for you and your pup to play! There is a patio with a roof that you are more than welcome to relax on for some shade if needed. There is a decently large stream in the backyard that your dog(s) can play/drink in also! My yard is also along the woods, so be sure that your bff is flea/tick protected just in case!

Our peaceful, private and beautiful 100+ acre farm is a haven for dogs and their human companions alike! Acres of open fields, trails through the woods, and a lovely valley with a stream meandering through are all that await you and your four legged friends! Maps and descriptions, along with a cooler containing snacks and water are provided upon your arrival. It is gorgeous out here in all seasons- plenty of shade in the summer, and wide open spaces for dogs to run free. So much to enjoy and explore here- come and see for yourself! Note: we do have 2 geese which may be heard somewhat in the distance. However, you will not see them nor any other domestic animals while here, since the Sniffspot is quite far away from the homestead.

We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. There are 2 gates to access the yard. The fence is a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display. We also have a nice hammock and swing to relax on. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down!
