Host Rules
Our neighbor to the right (when youβre facing our back yard) is picky about his yard. If a ball should go into his yard during your visit please do attempt to retrieve it or communicate with him to do so. Just let us know & we will handle after your visit. πΎ The neighbor on the other side is very friendly however we will also handle after your stay :) Please pickup after your Pups π©- bags provided at the welcome stand. π© If you add the pool π¦ to your visit please still park in the back dog park & once you are ready to swim please leash your Pup while walking into the pool area from the back yard. Our front gate remains open during your stay unless you request to a front yard sniff visit so once you leave the back yard dog park gate your Pup will need to be in your control to walk to the pool fenced area. π©

My name is Sarah - my husbands name is Brian - & we are the proud parents to 3 Furr boys- Biscuit, Buddy & Stubbs. πΆπΆπΆ (We have 4 human kiddos too! Three of them are teenagers and a surprise baby who is now 5!) We moved to the βcountryβ from the βcityβ a few years ago and itβs been a dream come true! 2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Medina
*** tucking our tail and taking a break from hosting to enjoy the warm weather and our property. We are currently closed until July 14th 2025. If you are a returning client with a discount code, please message me and we can work something out! *** Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in fall of 2025. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. Please note* this is our personal yard/home and active farm that weβre constantly working on as the property was built in 1801. I am not a professional/commercial dog park and do it for the joy that I can share with other pets/owners and the extra income since managing a property this large is expensive. Please have patience, respect and kindness for me as I will for you too :) I have a water bowl, toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but itβs not there in the extreme summer heat. Happy to accommodate, please let me know if you have any questions! **** please note, we do have minor fence construction happening currently. Since weβre adding a fenced area for chickens, it does NOT impact the integrity of the existing fence. Construction material may be on the property but nothing dangerous to dogs since this is my own dogs personal yard. Any construction will be covered/secured to the best of our ability for the time being.
