Calling all Furr babies! 🐶❤️. Time to run & roam freely on 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. We have a fully fenced front yard & back yard with gates to separate both! There is plenty of room to run and sniff. 🐾 The view is beautiful & backs up to acres of scenic land. 🌳🏡 The sunsets 🌅 from our back yard are second to none!! 🫶We have tennis balls, frisbees, throwers, 💩 bags, Pet First Aid Kit, Bug Spray, Sunscreen, hose & water bowl for your use :)🐶🎾🏡❤️☀️ If your Pup likes to swim - be sure to add on access to our in ground pool! 💦 (open seasonally, weather permitting). 💦

(Closed for the season!) Do your pups like to swim? Enjoy our heated pool before you leave, 💦 This is an add on feature for your 1 hour sniffspot visit - up to 4 dogs & 4 humans! (Please ensure you & your pup(s) are comfortable around water as our pool goes up to 8 feet deep!) *** If there is a special occasion you have more than 4 dogs/humans pls message me. I will be as flexible as possible. **** If you would like a 2nd hour or 3rd hour just add those hours on! (max 3 hours)

Second hour of inground pool$15

(Closed for the season). If the 1 hour swim add on isn’t enough for you & your pups - add a second hour of pool rental to your visit! (Sniffspot reservation must be same length as total pool rental. The first hour is $25 and the second hour is an additional add on for $15 making the total pool rental $40 for two hours plus the sniffspot reservation cost) Feel free to bring a picnic lunch or order delivery thru doordash and use our deck/tables/chairs.

Our neighbor to the right (when you’re facing our back yard) is very picky about his yard. If a ball should go into his yard during your visit please do not hop the fence to retrieve or communicate with him to do so. Just let us know & we will handle after your visit. 🎾 The neighbor on the other side is very friendly however we will also handle after your stay :)

My name is Sarah - my husbands name is Brian - & we are the proud parents to 3 Furr boys- Biscuit, Buddy & Stubbs. 🐶🐶🐶 (We have 4 human kiddos too! Three of them are teenagers and a surprise baby who is now 5!) We moved to the “country” from the “city” a few years ago and it’s been a dream come true! We longed for privacy and space to enjoy being home with our family. So thankful we can share a small piece of comfort & enjoyment with more furry friends & their humans! ❤️🐶🙏💦🌳 ☀️ 🌅 🤗

2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Medina

Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in spring of 2025. We have an additional 3 acres of woods and a pond that is UNFENCED at the back of the property that is accessible through a gate that you are also welcome to explore. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a kiddy pool, water bowls and a hose outside that is usable in the spring, summer and fall. Toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. Happy to accommodate, please let me know if you have any questions! **** please note, we do have minor fence construction happening currently. Since we’re adding a fenced area for chickens, it does NOT impact the integrity of the existing fence. Construction material may be on the property but nothing dangerous to dogs since this is my own dogs personal yard. Any construction will be covered/secured to the best of our ability for the time being.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
