We have a beautiful fully fenced in big backyard for you and your pups to enjoy. The front has 8 ft white privacy fencing with the sides and back using a black chain link 4ft fully enclosed fence. There is an exit door at the back and front. We have a back deck with sectional seating, gas fire pit, dining table and Blackstone grill for your use if you would like. There is an umbrella for shade as well as a wood fire pit in the back. We have a hose hookup and sprinkler as well. There are doggy bags in the wire basket and a pooper scooper by the stairs. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Marked trails wind through woods, streams, and vernal pools, offering a peaceful escape. Benches and tables are available for resting and picnicking at the trailhead. This property is ideal for owners seeking a quiet, uncrowded environment away from other dogs. SAFETY NOTICE The property is large but unfenced. Dogs with any history of biting people or posing risk of aggression towards humans must remain leashed at all times while on the property. CONSERVATION EFFORTS Our USDA-approved Forest Management Plan aims to ensure sustainable stewardship of the forest’s health and natural habitats. Trail walkers are vital for achieving sustainability. As a walker, you can help us do so by: Donating. You can help us achieve our aim of sustainable conservation by making a donation. About 20% of your booking fee goes to Sniffspot allowing you to book a hike through their platform.
