We have a lovely yard that is fully fenced and ready for you and your dog to come play! We live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Washington. We have a newly paved driveway to park in or street parking, whichever you choose. There are 2 gates to access the yard. The fence is a 6 foot tall privacy fence! We have a newly renovated deck with a nice patio furniture set. I love to garden and always have beautiful flowers on display. We can have a gate set up so dogs can stay in the yard while their humans enjoy the deck. We also have a nice hammock and swing to relax on. Our yard does have hills but can still be easily walked around. The hills are great to tire out your dog while playing fetch and having them run up and down! We have a hose that can be used for water. We are happy to provide dog treats, toys to play with, and doggy bags for clean up. We cannot wait to host you and your pup!

Will most likely only take two weeks so we will be back to full availability soon. Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. 7 Acre Dog Paradise: Flat, Stream, Hills, Woods.

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. If you enjoy our property and would like for your pup to experience it more and need boarding, I board as well! Please find me on Rover and book your pup's stay!

Spring 2025 Some days may be blocked off for us to mow and get our yard ready for spring! We are planting clover seeds in the dead patches so we apologize for any muddy spots around the yard after rain! Message me for any questions or concerns. Hello! Our house is located in the south hills of Pittsburgh between Baldwin and Whitehall. Close by Bethel Park and West Mifflin, there’s a Lowe’s about 5 minutes away too for dog training! We have two senior small dogs and a cat, they may come up to the glass doors looking out to the yard and patio to say hello. Our backyard is fully fenced in and we sometimes see rabbits, squirrels, many birds, chipmunks, and deer! There are a few gaps in the fencing near the gates so very small dogs will need to be supervised in case they can squeeze through. We have a small 10lbs senior dog and have never had her escape but just be aware. Two large dogs live next door to us and we share a fence line with them, they are friendly but do bark! The yard is uneven so please NO human running and watch your step!!! Please do not park in our driveway in case we need to leave during a booking. There is open parking on the street in front of our house and gate access located by the garage on the left side of the house. We hope you and your dogs have a great time!

We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! They will be in their respective areas, and wish to enjoy their time to enjoy the sunshine too! Fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood in Allison Park/McCandless. Near McIntyre Square/Passavant/McCandless Crossing. You may park in our driveway or on the street. Enter the backyard via either gate and enjoy! Get out of the sun under our deck or the many tall trees bordering the yard. There is a water jug under the deck filled with tap water. I don't provide a bowl for sanitary reasons, but you can bring your own, or in a pinch, use a poop bag! Poop bags by the water jug, and also on the gate by the driveway. Dog waste and other trash may be discarded in the white trash can under the deck or in the large black trash can marked "Trash Only" outside the driveway gate. Under the deck, there is a bin of dog toys for your use - flirt pole, chuck it balls, tugs. If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely in the dirt under the deck. This is a yard full of great sniffs! Many dogs love to climb up on the stone walls and sniff everything. Running around in the huge deck is also popular! Basic table and chairs for your convenience in the yard and on the deck. Note: The large deck has two bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is NOT toxic to dogs. The bird feeders are out of reach of most dogs. Please keep your dog leashed until you are in the backyard. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. **Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter.
