I’m just a husky dog mom with a big fenced in backyard, that barely gets used. The backyard is enclosed by an 8-ft wooden fence, and blanketed in soft green grass, with several soft sand spots that dogs love to roll around in. Chairs/bench-swing and shade for the “hoomans” are made available for use on my back porch. Bottled water is available for purchase, as well as healthy dog treats. Smoking on the porch is allowed, and there is an ashtray available. There’s also a fire pit in the middle of the yard, that can be made available upon request as well. My husky has grown bored of playing by himself in the yard, so he is rarely back there. Instead, he opts to goto doggy daycare at his favorite grooming place, where he can play with other large dogs like himself. When you rent this backyard, there will be a doggy fountain watermat for your dog to use as well, to enhance their playtime fun and cool off from the heat. Towels for drying can be provided free upon request. And if your dog is friendly with other dogs, and you want them to have a play buddy…. I am more than happy to allow my socialized/friendly 11-yr old puffy dog, Ghost, out to play along side yours. But that is just an open offer for a playbuddy, should you rent this space. If not, that’s perfectly fine also. After all, if you rent it, it’s yours for the timeframe purchased, for you and your dog. My boy Ghost is perfectly fine staying indoors, where it’s cool and has his little brother to pick on, while your and your pup are out in the yard. Poo pick-up is not necessary at this sniffspot space, and bags are not provided for it. I take care of that before/after. Here, I understand that dogs tend to make piles when they smell what scent is left by other dogs. It activates and promotes healthy bowel movements, which is vital for a happy, healthy dog, plus I have a great scooper for pooty duty (which I use before and after playtimes), that lets the scent stay, just not the mess. If you’re in the area, or just passing through, and need a private little place to let your dog run, play or train, we’d be happy to to host you and your dog(s). I will try to accommodate any special needs/requests, as long as I am given an appropriate amount to time to fulfill the request/need before your arrival. We hope to see, meet and host you soon!

Nice walk trail back to a shaded Area with 3 seating areas a free rinse off area set up front where you park with off ground rise and towels provided to dry them down. For customers you can sit and watch cardinals feed from multiple bird feeding areas. Also squirrels perch set up to get close with nature. Also coming soon trail down to nature spring pond and horses with cottages. You come one with nature right outside lakeland. It is still in stages but in front there is a big fire pit and events to come. Must understand you are in a wooded area and potential for seeing wildlife is always there. Also front of property leads down to a brook that also provides a nice walking stretch with minimal traffic. In spring we have orange and tangerines to pick along the trail and several other wild fruit. I do have tenants off the tral so please stick to the trail to back of the property. Also dog dukey bags are provided to each guest plse be is cordial to others and use them if needed. And just enjoy the property.

Beautiful gated, large plot of land to let a dog roam and explore. We have a lovely winding trail around the outer edges of the property. There is a wetland area in one corner and a couple ponds with heavy brush surrounding them. There is a renter in one of the homes but they are dog friendly and aware of the visits. We have a couple covered structures to take a break from the sun and lots of oaks to stand under for shade. In fact most of the property has shaded spots throughout the walk which makes it very comfortable. The outer edges are surrounded by farm land and vacant property so it’s a peaceful experience. The front gate can be secured shut to offer a boundary and the perimeter of the property has a cattle fence all around. Any escape artists or dogs without solid recall could sneak through parts of the fence so off leash is only recommended to dogs that are more obedient. You can park inside the gate and shut it behind you for comfort. I bring my Doberman out often to let her run and roam this space and it insured me to offer the space for other dogs that need a good run in the world!
