Description

Fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood in Allison Park/McCandless. Near McIntyre Square/Passavant/McCandless Crossing. You may park in our gravel driveway or on the street. Enter the backyard via the gate and enjoy! Get out of the sun under our deck or the many tall trees bordering the yard. Please use caution in winter as everything will be snowy and slippery. The backyard and deck are not maintained in winter. If your dog likes to dig, they may dig freely under trees or under the deck. Please no digging in the grassy areas. Lots of trees, birds, squirrels, etc. to sniff. Basic table and chairs for your convenience. Dog waste and other trash may be discarded in the large black trash can marked "Trash Only" outside the gate. Dog waste bags are provided by the gate. The large deck has two bird feeders containing safflower seed. Safflower seed is NOT toxic to dogs. The bird feeders are out of reach of most dogs. The FRONT YARD is not part of the Sniff Spot. DO NOT ENTER OTHER PEOPLE'S YARDS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

Hazards

Bird feeders containing Safflower seed are on the deck. Safflower seed is NOT toxic to dogs. However, ingesting LARGE amounts is likely to cause upset stomach due to the oils/fats. Feeders are out of reach of most dogs.

This is a small neighborhood, we must keep the peace: 1. No LOUD music. 2. The front yard is NOT part of the SniffSpot. You may only walk through it to access the second gate if needed. 3. Do NOT go into other people's yards. There is no public access property in this neighborhood. 4. Be polite to any neighbors you may encounter.
