Description

I have an enormous fenced-in yard. I’ve been working hard on getting it ready for doggy visitors. The ground can be a bit uneven, so please watch your steps. The gophers seems to dig holes faster than I can fill them, so running (for humans) is not advised. The best parking is at the corner and SniffSpot guests have their own gated entry at the far end of the property. Please don’t not park in front of the houses directly across the street, those neighbors are territorial about their parking spots and are not polite about it. If the private entrance is too steep for you or if the path is slick, please feel free to use the gates at the front of the house and garden entrance. The secondary gate just pushes away. During warm weather the pup fountain can be used by turning on the faucet at the house, and you’re welcome to hook up and use the pup splash pad which is folded and placed on the doghouse. All guests should note: we are listing our home for sale. Should a possible client wish to schedule a tour and it conflicts with a Sniffspot visit, please understand that I may need to reschedule the Sniffspot visit. I would sincerely appreciate your assistance.

The entrance is at the end of the fence near the hydrant. There is a path leading down to the gate. If you feel the entrance path is too steep you may enter by the front and side gates. To use the fountain and splash pad simply turn on the faucet at the house. Kindly pick up after your pets and latch the gate behind you. Kindly do not park in front of the houses across the street, those neighbors are not friendly. Enjoy your time!

Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool.
