My dogs are in the house free usually unless I have scheduled book then I put them in kennels. If no bookings that morning they we be walking around inside and may bark at guests if a booking is done after I leave for work.

There are chickens on one side of my house but they are rarely visible. There is a dog in the house directly behind me that is out from time to time but is very quiet. People across the street have dogs but you do not see them very often.

Hi my name is Adam and I have two dogs myself. I know how nice it is to have a safe spot to bring dogs so they can play and be a dog so I thought I would share my yard.
Our 0.5-acre yard is mostly enclosed by a chain-link fence, with the exception of the entryway on the right side of the house leading to the backyard (which is not enclosed). It’s an ideal space for your furry friend(s) to run, play, and explore! The backyard offers a peaceful area for them to burn off energy while you enjoy the tranquility. Plus, you’re welcome to use the picnic table to relax and unwind.

Come and enjoy our own private 3plus acres of wooded with some open space and trails. Fully fenced in and secure. So much space for your fur babies to run and explore. No need to stress with other dogs that may be reactive. Or maybe your pup doesn’t play well with others and prefers their own space. Our private dog park is for you. This space is amazing. It is not attached to our back yard and is a completely separate and private area. A great place for play dates with others, maybe even a picnic for the humans. Bring your snowshoes if you would like a bit of a workout yourself off trail in the deeper snow! PLEASE NOTE: Zero tolerance for smoking of ANYTHING while on our property. You may smoke in your own personal vehicle. But also, do NOT leave your dogs unattended. Please pick up after your dog. I am finding a crazy amount of poop left behind. Fill any holes you pup digs and return toy to bin. Also, in the winter months, please be aware that their is no lighting in the field. The designated Sniffspot parking area has ample lighting but none in the field. 9-23-24, hunting season is back, you may hear shotgun in the early am hours from hunters along the Mississippi River.

2/15/25: we just plowed a walking path around the park! Hello! We are located in the country in Corcoran, just south of Hanover, west of Rogers. We have about .5 acres fenced in that we refer to as our dog park. Fencing is chicken wire / hog paneling with a utility gate entry. A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

Let your dog have fun and run off some energy! Our large, flat yard is surrounded by a solid, 6ft vinyl privacy fence. We provide seating and shade for the humans and disposable water bowls for your use, toys, treats and occassional other fun things for the pups. We live in a neighborhood that is all single family homes so as you can expect, many of our neighbors have dogs. You may hear them while you are in our yard but it is not possible for them to come face to face so you can relax and let your pup enjoy their off-leash time 🐶😁 We also have yard lights too if you come later in the evening.
