Description

A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). Note that the creek is not directly accessible from the Sniffspot. During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. Agility equipment pictured are available during the warmer months and are not available in the winter. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Hazards

Please discourage your pups from going into taped off areas as these may be covered with straw and seeded for clover and grass. Agility equipment portrayed in pictures are not available during the winter months where snow, ice, and freezing weather affect both the agility equipment and safety of your pup.

1. Please do not encourage excessive barking. We are in a residential area. 2. Sniffspot prices are for your personal use only. Resellers must contact us before setting up a reservation for large groups or training use. 3. Please do not move or alter the agility equipment and remember that agility equipment is for dogs only; please do not stand or otherwise use the agility equipment yourself. 4. Please notify us if you lose or damage any toys or equipment so we can discuss repair/replacement. 5. Please make alternative parking arrangements if there are more than 5 vehicles involved.

Kendall's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Minneapolis

I have a double lot in Minneapolis. The yard sits on the empty second lot. We are very close to the North Loop in a good neighborhood. Fully enclosed yard via wooden privacy fence. There is a chain link fence along the side facing the street. We are up on a hill from the street, which provides privacy from people walking by. Street parking is no problem on this block, but 14th street (the closest cross street) is always wide open. We use this yard to host entertainment events periodically during the summer so we have plenty of lawn chairs and a new fire pit that can be used. I’m new at this, so I’ll take any suggestions on how to improve the experience. Please notify me of any special requests upon registration, and I will do what I can to accommodate.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
