What to Expect / Rules • 🐾 Supervision Required – Please keep an eye on your pup(s) at all times. • 💦 Swimming – Dogs are welcome to enjoy the pond! Bring a towel if your pup likes to swim. • 🧹 Clean Up – Kindly pick up after your dog(s) to keep the yard safe and clean. • 🔒 Fenced Safety – Gates must be properly closed when entering and leaving. A combination of vinyl privacy fencing and chain link fencing in non-privacy areas. The perimeter is checked regularly for gaps. Please note that visibility is limited if your dog explores the wooded area, so supervision is recommended. • 🚫 No Aggressive Dogs – Only bring friendly dogs who enjoy new environments. • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests – Humans are welcome; children must be supervised near the pond and dock. • 🕒 Respect Booking Times – Please arrive and leave during your reserved time. Come enjoy our open back yard with plenty of room to run & play. I've had a high energy dog that was stuck living in an apartment for almost a year so I completely understand the need for somewhere that they can be free to run. I occasionally babysit other dogs. (Open to petsitting for others as well) All will be inside & unvisible during your visit. Currently unfenced, however looking into fencing soon. Just ordered a dog pool with optional sprinkler! My back yard has a gated entrance that is secured on the inside for the safety of your pet while in the spot! Fully fenced, with some opps for sniffing other dogs through the fence. There is a chance for occasionally seeing other people and dogs but not in close contact. My pup and I will be inside, but he will probably greet you with barking. It’s a great backyard with a good space for your pup to get some off leash time. Upon request there is a puppy pool that can be put out for your pup! Seating and a table for pup parents that the majority of the day is shaded but midafternoon there is strong sun till sunset. There willl be an umbrella and stand if you would like to use that for shade. The yard is sunny most of the day. I will request picking up after your pet there is a chance there could be some piles from my own dog but I do have a service that does a weekly (Tuesday)pick up there will be a 5 gallon bucket for waste disposal, I do have a scooper that has bag clips I would ask that all poos are bagged before disposal please. If you have a high energy dog I highly recommend sitting at the top of the stairs and throwing a ball to the back corner of the yard! Wears out every Aussie I know!
