Description

I run an in home dog boarding and daycare so we always have a friend to play with if you’d like or we can hang inside and give you and your pup some space (reactive and non reactive dogs are all welcome here). Feel free to use the hammock or sit on the patio while your pups sniffs all the other pup smells and explores. We have some toys, a water dish, an outdoor bed for them to rest, and trash can provided as well as compostable doggy bags, sunscreen and bug spray. We provide driveway and street parking and are located in NE Cedar Rapids by Target North in a quiet neighborhood with low traffic. There is a 6 ft chain link fence for your pups safety and a large access gate to the right side of the house. We have fairly quiet neighbors and one pup kitty corner to us that does spend a fair bit of time outside. His name is Oakley and he likes to make his presence known but will generally make himself scarce if you tell him to go lay down, he’s used to us having pups frequently. We work from home so if you need to use the restroom or need another doggy bag or new tennis ball, we’re happy to help!

Extras

Fire Pit Use$10

Pull up a chair and relax by the fire while your pup plays outside. Firewood and fire starters are provided! No need to put her out once you’re done, we can handle that for you so you can spend the time enjoying the outdoors with your pup!

Grill Use$10

Have a picnic on the patio while your pup runs and explores and grill up some lunch on the Blackstone! A 17” Blackstone on an outdoor kitchen. No need to scrub it afterwards, we’ll handle that for you while you enjoy the time with your pup!

Poop Clean Up$5

Spend more time enjoying playtime with your pup in the safety of a fenced in backyard instead of worrying about poop clean up. We’ll handle clean up for you!

Hi! My name is Melanie and I run an in home dog boarding and daycare in NE Cedar Rapids. We love all kinds of pups here and have a large fenced in yard with toys, an outdoor bed, a table and hammock for the humans, toys for the pups, and a Doggy Dooley composter. I have a 6 ft fence with two access gates. If your pup wants a friend to play with we always have a few and if your pup wants to hang out alone that’s fine too, we love hanging out in the AC as much as we love being outside (reactive pups should be able to run free and have fun too!). We have never had a pup get out, even the escape artists, try as they might. We have driveway and street parking and are located on a quiet residential street near Target North. We work from home so if you need anything like doggy bags or a new tennis ball, we’re almost always home! We’d love to have you and your pup share our space and run out their wiggles! ☺️

6 ft fence all around to keep your pup within sight! 2 gated entrances on either side of the house. Handicap accessible with a small decline hill to enter the yard. Plenty of street parking available in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Chairs and shade for humans to relax on the patio! 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
