Hazards

While walking to the backyard please be mindful of the steep slope and walk at the bottom where it is flat. Also, if it has rained buckets, or we have a big winter melt off, the yard will be muddy and soggy.

Ensure gate is secured shut at all times, especially upon your exit. Do not enter deck, the gates will be shut, please leave them shut. If any amenities are provided, please leave them in the same clean and good condition they were provided in. Most amenities will be provided in Summer only.
