Description

All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. If you are interested in training please reach out to us on our website haveanicedog.org We have three spaces available for renting! The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive. This set price is for sniffspot users only and does not translate over to existing rental pricing on our official website haveanicedog.org

Hazards

The employees at herbal healing do exit through their back door occasionally to throw trash away, this door leads into our parking lot where they are allowed to keep their dumpsters. Their dumpsters are located right next to their back door so they do not go further than the dumpsters.

We can set up a coffee maker that uses k-cups for you to use well here, we have a variety for you to pick from and you are allowed to use as many k-cups as you would like during your stay!

Doy toy$5

You can choose from a variety of washed lightly used dog toys or brand new dog toys that you can use during your booked time and even take home with you (if your pup doesnt love it you can exchange it for a different toy)

Electric tea kettle$5

We will place our electric tea kettle in the room of your choosing and our variety of teas and hot coco that you can use well here or bring your own teas/drinks that use hot water!

Additional rules

Because we are a training facility with clients and their dogs that come to us for help we do ask that when bring your own dog that you refrain from allowing any meet and greet with other pups. This rule allows us to keep our facility a safe place for everyone. All dogs are required to be on leash at all times before entering and before leaving their designated room, i.e. well in the parking lot, front office, or hallway.

With a variety of professional-grade equipment, including a dog walk, teeter-totter, tunnels, weave poles, multiple jumps, and much more, it's prefect for dogs of all skill levels. Whether you're training for agility or just looking to have a blast in this safe, fenced-in space!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
