The Woodland Bluffs: 30 acres off Big River

The Woodland Bluffs. 30 acres private land off big river. Start you and your furry friends journey down the trail where you can see different shelves off the bluff. Don’t worry the trail is rocky but wide enough for a tractor. As you come to the bottom of the trail it flattens out with beautiful trees that stretch all the way to the river banks. The river changes this area frequently as it usually floods with heavy rains, so your second trip could be a whole new adventure. The bluff blocks the area at the bottom so it’s just you, your furry friend, trees and a river. Small cave is somewhere on the property. Grass is not maintained. Sometimes it will be long and sometimes not. Some Fourwheeler trails are found throughout the bottom flat area. Lots of large rocks and downed trees make this a great training area. The river may be up or down. The lower flat area does not typically flood unless there is flash flooding going on. If you’re concerned about this for your trip just reach out. We can let you know how the river is looking. Once you head down the trail the house and road will not be visible. Across the river the banks are fairly high, they do have cows on that side of the river. You may hear or see them from time to time. The hike down is rocky and the hike back up is fairly steep, but the views are worth it and change with every season. Hope to see your adventure pictures soon. Thanks for visiting.

Fenced yard, in Sullivan. Not a lot of shade, dogs are welcome to play in the play house. Fence does need some work, but that’s why I’m renting out the yard to pay for a new fence. Hammock. My dogs name is Violet, she’ll be kept inside while space is being used. Please pick up after your dog, BYOB.

Our property offer a fence area for you and your dog to play or train. We also have a lake, and if your dogs has a good recall, you can booked the lake for swimming.

Fenced in, yard well kept, good neighborhood. Flat open areas as well as big hill and very spacious for your dog to run.
