Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. Once you have passed the gate, please park to the right in the field along the fence line anywhere you like. Please note that our neighbors may occasionally have horses on their adjacent properties. Additionally, while rare, a small alligator has been spotted in the pond. So be mindful. The home at the back of the property is currently rented and not part of the available roaming space. While it may be visible, it is separated by a tree line and fence. We live off-site in Clermont. You're welcome to explore the entire property, other than the area where the house is located. There is a large open field with a pond, and the side of the property to the right after entering also has some trails available. The map provided outlines the designated area for roaming.
