We will provide our ball-throwing machine that automates throwing the ball out into the yard and can be adjusted based on the desired distance. We will provide the ball, but ask if used please give the ball back.
We will provide a custom-requested snack (within reason of price) before arrival. This may be approved or declined based on price of the requested snack. One per extra purchased.
We will have a healthy energy drink available that has no sugar, low carbs, tons of B vitamins, and 100mg of caffeine, and tastes absolutely amazing!
We will provide healthy gluten, dairy, and non-GMO snacks. One per extra purchased.
We will provide snack options that can be bought at the store. You can choose from whatever is available, including tortilla chips, potato chips, Oreos, etc. Two snacks per extra purchased.
We can provide our dogs (one or both) as a friend for your dog to play with if needed. We may approve or decline this depending on when the visit is booked and if we are home. We would want to be home to monitor the dogs initially at least.
We will provide different pop options like Sprite, Coke, Pepsi, etc.
Be respectful, honest, and upfront about anything needed for the visit. Please act as if the dog park area in our backyard is your backyard. No swimming in the pond, but dog owners may walk their dogs around the pond if they want.

Hello, I am Justin Cost and my wife is Tricia. We live in Fairborn, OH, and have a nice-sized backyard where our two dogs love to run around so we thought other people might want to benefit so we joined Sniffspot. They both are very friendly to most dogs if you want socialization or a dog friend for your dog to play with. We both work at home so we are typically here if a guest wants to meet us, but may not be depending on schedule.
8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.
Quiet country setting with plenty of room to run.
Large 1/4-1/2 acre fully fenced in yard suitable for dogs of all sizes. Fence 4+ ft. tall. Quiet, serene, and out in the country with no nearby neighbors.
"Moon Dogs Express Care is a private dog park, for big and small dogs. We schedule visits by appointment only. Each visits cost $15 for a 1 hour slots which included all exclusive access to grounds. Only requirement is to clean and dispose of all your dogs dropping in designated areas."

There is approximately 2 acres fenced in with cattle fencing. Mostly open grass with a couple trees.
Secured and private area, fitted for canine friends of all sizes and preferences. Shelter for dog mommies and daddies to sit and enjoy to get shelter from the rain or shine. Amenities available for the time of visit, we just ask to be courteous of the treats.
I walk my dogs daily. It’s great to walk without a leach. They can run and walk at their own pace. I love it. Has great views. I let you have the yard to yourself when you are there. See if you can find the carving in one of the trees. 😎
