Chairs/Swing under a shaded deck and toys, water access, for your pets! Guest Notes: Parking: Please park in the gravel pad in the front of the house - max 2 cars per visit (additional cars will be charged) *****DO NOT PARK IN OUR NEIGHBOR'S YARD****** Sniffspot area: Area is designated to the backyard - please refrain your dogs from playing/relieving themselves in the front yard. Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Please ensure that all humans and furry friends abide by the rules. Other pets: Under no circumstances are other pets e.g. cats, birds, reptiles...etc. allowed during your sniffspot visit. Two benches are outside for your comfort while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front on our quiet cul de sac! Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees. Huge patio, partially under deck for cover. Watering hose, water bowl, doggie bags, trash can on site. Please contact us for big events, gatherings or meet ups. There's a toy bin with dog toys, feel free to use them but please put toys back into the bin afterwards.

Hello Everyone, Thanks for reaching out! We will be happy to welcome you. There is some information for you. 1a- You can use the driveway to park your car if its not occupied. But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. A reactive dog himself, our rescue Reptar understands the value of private playtime in a safe space and invites you to enjoy his personal pup oasis! We welcome you and your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. We offer a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!

Large Fenced Yard Near Seven Corners

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.
