Beautiful scenic spot just outside of Staunton! This mostly level space offers lots of options for your fur family. An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We have a large 2 acre piece of land located in Troy, VA, 15-20 minutes to Charlottesville, 10-15 from Lake Monticello, 45-60 minutes from Richmond, VA. 1 full acre is fully fenced in with a 5ft fence and under fence wiring for those curious pups who like to dig. We have a picnic table with a 15 ft umbrella as well as a few trees for shade, a few chairs, water for the pups, drinks for the pawrents, a fire pit, hose, doggy bags, pooper scooper, trash cans, as well as a restroom available upon request.
