Looking for adventure? Want a whole peaceful 7 acres all to yourself? Want unobstructed views of Pike’s Peak and the entire Sangre de Cristino range? It’s all here! 🏔️🏔️🏔️ This beautiful 7 acres is fully fenced in with 4ft fencing. There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer
Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Private Fully Fenced Yard Off Baptist Road With Mountian Range View
This yard is right off of the street. For easy parking and easy access. It is fully fenced in even for the smallest dog won’t get out of. It has a rock area for digging as well as a large grassy area for playing and rolling around in the grass. Also seating area and a picnic table. (Please don’t use the fire pit or hot tub) Views of the mountain range in the Air Force Academy can be seen from the yard. My neighbors do have other dogs, but the there is fences and their yards to keep their dogs from coming to the fence in my yard. Super safe, scenic and relaxing. Please see pictures for more details. (I do not provide poop bags, so please provide your own)
