Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This grassy field is part of a 20 acre homestead. The field was originally fenced for sheep with page wire and since then some of it has been replaced with rustic red fences. A fire pit area looks out over the field with a collection of chairs if your dog(s) tire you out.

Additional rules

A few winter notes ( November through April ): - When snow is present feel free to bring snowshoes or cross country skis to use at your own risk. Snow will also be cleared in parts and snow piles are available for puppies to enjoy. - On some days we will have a fire in the firepit so you can warm up. - During winter you may need your own water supply. We try to make water available but the outdoor water tap is turned off. - During winter our outhouse is not available.

Humans will also enjoy the peacefulness and surrounding countryside & panoramic mountain views. Four acres of dog fenced field with treed areas. Parts of this field are hayfield; there is a grass path around the perimeter and in the treed areas. Entrance is at the northwest corner of the property near the end of 408. At this farm gate you can drive right in and park and then release your pups! Come visit Mountain Sky! (Instagram is mountain.sky.retreat to see more about our spot). Fun idea; After an off leash session here it’s only 8 minutes west to Diamond Valley to visit two dog friendly breweries; Hard Knox & Fahr.

Over one acre of cut play area. There is a small wetland area, it will be muddy, so your choice if your dog uses it or not. Enter through the gate on the north side of our driveway. Please park on the side of our driveway in front of the entry gate. Please allow enough room for us to get around. Our neighborhood would appreciate not parking on the main road. Please clean up after your pet. Please close gate when leaving. Our dogs will likely be at the property, but they will be outside this area. This was a Sniffpass property previously, and we are hoping to carry on now that we are the new owners of the property. Have fun and play safe!
