This is to assure parking space is available. *Any used or damaged toys can be placed in the RED BIN so we can clean and replace them. *Water hose and bowls available. Please empty them before you leave.💦 Handle is loose so please make sure the water is turned OFF before you leave. Please check surroundings for 💩 pick up and dispose. Lastly, remember to check around for personal belongings left behind and shut the Gate on your way out. Thanks!

Large front yard, gate separates the back. I’d lay on a blanket in nicer months and throw the ball for my kiddo before he passed and when the asphalt was too hot. We’re 1 block from Springwatet trail and creek and within walking distance to Main City Park. Thom Park is a few houses down the block and has a huge and lovely area that rarely has anything in it.

Please note: the creek is not fenced at both ends. Our field is pesticide-free and treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to sanitize and keep it free of pests. The creekside can be muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry year-round.
