It’s a paw-some way to beat the heat. 🍖 Treats & Toys Galore We provide complimentary dog toys and treats 🐕, and for an upgraded cost, your pup can enjoy refreshing frozen goodies! 🐾 Dig Away! Got a doggo who loves to dig? That’s totally okay here! We even have dirt available for refills, so they can dig to their heart’s content. 👶👧 Kid-Friendly Fun Bringing the kids along? We’ve got them covered, too! On request, we can set out Legos to keep them busy, along with water or juice to keep them refreshed. 📶 Human Perks Need to stay connected? AB's 3 Acre SniffSpot West Jax

3 acres of private farmland! Fenced all the way around! Great water views as you can see from drone pics. Front part of property is a wedding venue, very picturesque! No children under 10 allowed. This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. Private off road parking for 1-10 vehicles. The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. We can host dog birthdays, gotcha days, breed events, agility days and much more! Message for more details. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
