We have 2 dogs and a fenced in yard. Thought this would be a cool way to help others get their dogs some play time.
Huge fenced in yard with lots of room for dogs to run and plenty of nooks and crannies to sniff and explore. Shaded and sunny areas. Hammock in yard and deck with outside furniture for dog parents to sit and relax as their dogs play. 1/2 the yard can be lighted at night by hanging lights.

Property known as Walnut Hill has 30+ acres of unfenced woods and rough trails of nearly two miles. Dogs are free to run untethered if appropriate for the dog and handler.
Fully fenced in approximately two acres. We now have lighting for nighttime use. Approximately five times around the property perimeter equals a mile. We have chuck-it throws and balls, many toys, sand/digging areas, pools and agility equipment in a large, fenced area for you and your dog to romp around. Main entrance to the yard can be found by entering the second driveway and parking in the designated parking area in front of the solar barn. We do not plow that driveway in the winter as it’s just gravel. So, feel free to park at the bottom of my driveway and walk to the SS gate if you’re not comfortable using the SS driveway. We ask that you please adhere to our 24 hour notice when changing or canceling a reservation. We are always fully booked on weekends. One Acre fully enclosed yard with hills, trees and lots of opportunity for pups to explore.
Fully fenced in flat, spacious yard with gated entry. Plenty of parking in driveway for 3-4 cars.
Quarter acre of grass, fully fenced. Kiddie pool just for dogs! While my fence is intact, I would advise caution for tiny breed escape artists who can potentially squeeze through small gaps. This has not been an issue in my experience with friends’ small dogs though.

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
Welcome to our Sniffspot! We bought our property especially for the large yard. It’s a great space for dogs to run and play and sniff. The street facing part of the yard has 6ft privacy fence and the rent has a combo of chain link, 6ft wood or heavy duty wire. The yard is very secure for both large and small dogs. We have lots of birds, squirrel and chipmunks, and occasionally a raccoon or fox visits so the smells are endless. We hope your pup(s) will enjoy it as Miah as ours does.
Our farm is open fields, lots of riverfront area for dogs to swim, and in the summer grab some vegetables at the farm stand. There are ungroomed walking trails that go around the entire property. Center of property tends to be wet. My personal dogs will remain inside the house while you are here. Bring your own poop bags please. Dogs with good recall are allowed off leash, at your own risk, please. We love all breeds of dogs with every quirk and ability. We respect that all dogs have different temperaments; all dogs are welcome, no matter how they feel towards strangers or other animals. We will do our 100% best to ensure no person or domestic animal will bother you on your adventure here. We work in animal rescue and commit that all proceeds will go towards continuing to help abandoned, abused, and neglected pets. Thank you for enjoying our peaceful space.
