Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Happy Hounds is a big, fully-fenced (6ft) yard perfect for fetch and exercise. We offer toys, dog treats, seating for humans, and plenty of space for off-leash zoomies! A "puppy pool" (kiddie pool) is available upon request (May through August) at no extra cost. We wash all toys and water dishes and disinfect human-handled surfaces and seating between each visit. Welcome to our safe haven! In this club, there is no such thing as a bad dog and ALL dogs and humans (including the little ones!) are welcome and loved. I am the proud mama of two fearful and reactive dogs and work as a trainer and caregiver specializing in fear-based aggression and reactivity. We built this yard specifically for fence jumpers and dogs that need and deserve a quiet and private space to play and feel safe. Our spot’s entrance is remotely controlled, allowing us to ensure there is zero risk of anyone entering the yard during your visit, and that folks arrive and leave at the right times for ultimate safety. When you arrive, you’ll hear me say hi over the Ring cameras and buzz you in! (Deaf or hard of hearing folks, just let me know and I’ll share detailed written instructions to ensure you’re able to get in safely and easily without the need to hear me! 💜) We believe our guests deserve security and privacy, and will never enter the yard unless you have specifically requested that we do (i.e. if there is an emergency and you have expressly asked me to come out to the yard and help you). While you’re here, the space is yours and yours alone. Please ensure your SniffSpot notifications are on so I can message you if people are walking by on the street before you exit the gate! Our yard is fully fenced with plenty of room to run around and throw a ball. The property spans three lots, so it is a large yard for the city. There is a small gap (~6 inches) between the ground and the fence in a few spots. This isn’t an issue for the majority of pups, but FYI if your dog is small and likes to escape.

Thomas's 75 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Farmington

90 minute time slot. We have an open 70 acres surrounding a private pond with a trail thru the fields and woods around nature. The time allotment is 90 minutes only. We ask that our guests park by the barn and go straight to the lake then to the left around the lake. Trails are marked. It is about a 1 mile trail or more. trails are not plowed open in the winter but are perfect for snow shoeing, hiking an fat tire bikes in the snow on the trails or perfect spring to fall on the maintained trails.
