Allow your furry friends to experience history at our beautiful half-acre sanctuary! You will be surrounded by a variety of trees, foliage, and flowers (as of May 20- our tulip tree is in bloom! You have to look up very high to see the yellow/orange blooms. At times, binoculars will be out on the table for you to use, weather permitting) Our spot features full paddock fencing secured by vinyl livestock so you can be confident that your dog will be safe while getting their energy out. As for you, enjoy being in the company of our barn circa 1840, which was featured in a local Western film in the 1970s. We have outdoor furniture for you to take it all in as you immerse yourself in the wonders of Silverton Road’s most charming home! If you’re lucky, you may just see some of our neighborhood’s beloved deer or chickens grazing in the field behind our property. When you’re done enjoying our property, be sure to visit Silverton Farms right down the road for fresh organic produce, eggs, honey and flowers. Water bowls available for use, hose available for use and considering getting a baby pool on the consensus of the pups. 🐶 In-ground pool not for use but is gated within the yard. Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. There is a pond that dogs are welcome to swim in. Has shallow entranceway, and deeper areas. Dogs love to fetch sticks and balls from the Pond. Also, there is a bridge from the edge of our property into the Wharton State Forest. There is a pretty wide trail.
