It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! This private pool surrounded by natural foliage, shade tree and sun shade with a hammock and several chairs. Water is available through hose and outdoor shower. You and your dogs are welcome to use all outside amenities. No bathroom facilities are available. Smoke-friendly property with ashtray provided. Bring your 4 legged friends out to explore. Small farm located at the end of a private dirt road. Quiet peaceful setting with plenty of trees, rope swing and shaded seating. Horses, pig, chickens and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. Absolutely No alligators in pond I get asked this often. Doggy wash station with hose provided. Towels, soap, bug spray and sun screen provided!

Whether your pup loves a splash in the kiddie pool, a game of tug with our ropes, or a nap in the shade, this yard has it all. Humans can kick back on the shaded deck or cool off inside the air-conditioned cottage while keeping an eye on their furry friends. We’ve also got a hose for post-play rinses and plenty of spots to lounge and soak in the Florida charm. Come play, stay, and sniff the day away!

Large Fully Fenced Yard with Amenities

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi information is listed on a small sign on the patio table. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan in front of the shed outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have 2 free range hens, 2 roosters, and a turkey that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly and will not bother you.
