Note: 1/20-1/22 we will be closed for a large portion of the day for landscaping updates. This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Pool, lanai, and WiFi available as an extra. 🕒 Open Daily 6AM to 8PM. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. Bring your own towels. :) * Pool, WiFi and lanai access - as an extra upon request. * Restroom access * Seating for owners throughout the property * Easy parking (grass or driveway) * Quiet, natural environment We are so happy to offer our yard to other dog lovers. I hope you enjoy the property as much as we do! ***************************************** Other Info: The yard is treated regularly for fire ants by a professional fire ant company. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. The pond is maintained by a local pond company. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February.

Possible wildlife, snakes, tree limbs, sticks, natural outdoor risks. We've seen raccoons, a wild turkey, skunks, squirrels, birds, and moles on the property. A pond is on the property. No recreational swimming for humans in the pond please. All children must be closely supervised around the pond and the pool. Swimming with your dog in the pool is at your own risk, and guests are responsible for their own safety. No pool parties or alcohol. For your safety, all people in your party should be able to swim before booking this spot as this spot has multiple water features. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pond or pool. Gates & road: We are on a busy road. Keep dogs leashed inside your car until you are fully inside the fenced yard. After driving through the automatic gate, please close the manual gate behind you immediately. Do not leave gates propped open for your pets safety. Natural terrain: This is a 5-acre rural property with grass, shell, and natural ground. There may be uneven spots, small holes from wildlife or dogs digging, and muddy areas. Dogs & children: Children must be closely supervised, especially near water. Guests are responsible for all people and dogs in their party. Animals & neighbors: One of our neighbors has dogs that may occasionally bark but are not visible and do not live outside. One of our neighbors 2 doors down shoots from time to time - it is normally a rare occurrence. However, please be aware if your dog is scared by gunshot. One trail cam is present on the back of the property for safety and property protection. Home security cameras are also present.

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have a trampoline and playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. The wifi information is listed on a small sign on the patio table. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan in front of the shed outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have 2 free range hens, 2 roosters, and a turkey that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly and will not bother you.
