We have safely held over 1,500 reservations since our grand opening. THANK YOU ALL for being here! Now offering more extras to enhance your visits! **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! Above all, it is a safe and secure place for your beloved dogs. Newly added pergola, furniture and fire pit. Come and stay a while! The deck and pergola will be lit up for your evening visits We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. HOURS: out of respect for our neighbors, we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6:30 am.

Dogs MUST be physically leashed coming into and leaving our property. Please adhere to our property boundaries and do not let your pups invade neighboring yards Check your phone! 📱⏰ only be in the yard during your scheduled time. This is for everyone’s safety. Sorry, no bathroom access inside our residence. There are several locations nearby that offer public restrooms. 🚫🚽 Please, use the bags and trash can for all 💩 Please, do not let your pups dig up the ground Please, 🚫🚬. Any evidence will result in immediate ban Please LEAVE all toys & balls in the bins before you leave🎾 Closed 10pm - 6:30 am🌛 We are happy to let you enjoy your time with friends and family but please, be reasonable with the amount of additional humans and excess noise. Children 🧒🏼👶🏻👦🏽MUST be supervised at all times and shoes👟🩴 must be worn. FYI: there is one camera located near the back door. Please do not adjust or touch the device There is a gate at the far end of the enclosed yard. Please never venture back there as it is not secure and backs up to several homes with no fences. This area is NOT a part of the Sniffspot. Thank you!

Our fully fenced .3 acre backyard is a great spot to spend some quality outdoor time with your dog(s)! ALL are welcome as long as they can follow the safety rules. We love all breeds and do not discriminate! We are a rescue dog family, having been saved by our previous dog, Trixie! She lived to the amazing age of 20 and crossed the rainbow bridge at comfortably at home in March of 2024. Lola now resides with us, a Greyhound/German Shepherd mix who was found on the interstate. She's quirky, anxious and weird so you probably won’t meet her, but we adore her. Please enjoy our yard as much as we do, and keep coming back!
