About 3 acres of lightly wooded and open areas. Fully fenced but there are gates without mesh where dogs can pass through. So please be mindful. Private driveway to the pet area. Please do not go into shed and pick up after your pets. There are 2 horses on property which will need to be put up. There is also horse manure around the property. And Don't let your dogs disturb the protected tortoise (marked).

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.
