Very clean and flat acreage with a kiddie pool for cooling off and fresh water. There was a pretty horse within sight but in the pasture across the driveway. Fencing was secure with wire fencing. If you have a small dog the only area to watch is under main gate, and the back gate near the side of the house as it's a farm gate with the 1 ft gaps. My dog is not that small though so doesn't affect us!

I’ve used this Sniffspot quite a few times at this point. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the host for offering this big safe yard to local dogs. My pup gets sooo excited when we turn down the road. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

This is an absolutely fantastic spot! We had so much fun going for an evening swim. My dog is reactive and anxious, and she felt relaxed in the backyard since it was quite private. I'm so grateful we had the chance to visit here!

What a great space! Tons of room for the doggies to run around and a huge pool for them to swim (extra perk). Essential supplies, toys and bowls to use in case you forgot something, and plenty of seating for the humans. We were a bit confused, as an inside space was included on the listing and the screened porch was pictured in the photos, but it appeared to be locked when we arrived- maybe it's an add on like the pool? Anyway, the outside space was great on it's own. Definitely a new favorite :).

I was so glad to find a place close by with a pool! This summer heat has been terrible. This was a fantastic place to cool off! The yard was fully fenced, clean, water hose and bowls provided. They even have a basket of toys for the pups. So much better than a crowded dog park, and safer too! Will definitely go back again.

My dogs had a blast! The fencing is secure, the yard and pool are large. There’s pool seating and shade, lots of toys, poop bags, water, and water dishes provided. The pool is pretty deep too!

Everything was just as described :) Very clean and definitely dog friendly. I have a new adopted doggo and wanted to see if he liked swimming. It turns out no for now, but we will try again sometime.

This was my first time taking my pup to a Sniffspot and it didn’t disappoint. There was ample room for her to run and play, the host provided water bowls and toys, and there was a water hose at the ready. We didn’t try the pool this time but I’m sure we will on future visits. It was clean with plenty of shade. We will definitely return.

We had a phenomenal time! Our very first Sniffspot with a dog who is reactive to cars and some strangers, so I was nervous and felt a little awkward at first, but it was so perfect. Everything was in great condition, it was easy to access, and the host was very responsive and kind! One thing to note: our dog is used to shallow pools and gradual inclines, so she jumped right in the deep end before noticing it was too deep for her to reach and she's a large dog (70-80lbs) so it took a few minutes to find a good way for her to navigate the stairs in the corner. Only adding this because I wish we would have thought of it beforehand and prepared ourselves, so I mention it to anyone else who may not have thought of that! It didn't take away from our experience at all.

This is a wonderful yard with a wonderful pool and a terrific host. We’ve used the spot many times and always had a perfect experience. it’s exactly as described. The pool is always fresh and clean. Nice place to rinse the dog with a hose before you leave.

This is our second visit to this lovely backyard. It had been a life saver on days when we have things to do on that side of town and have the dogs with us. I love that there is plenty of seating for humans, and a little station near the screened porch with toys, water bowls and hose, and trash can. Very quiet neighborhood and the house is tucked away on a nice cul-de-sac, with plenty of parking. We will definitely keep coming back.
