The weather sucked but the space was wonderful! Even with the bad weather we booked a second hour. The host was wonderful, and very accommodating. Offered toys, treats, bags etc!

Perfect space for our foster dog to get off leash, have some fun playing, and work on her training! The yard was easy to find and although the gate stuck a bit when opening/closing, I just consider this extra security! Lol we could see and hear other dogs from the spot which was helpful in working on her reactivity training, as they weren’t close to us. There were loads of toys available and a raised cot that we borrowed to practice a place cue. There were lots of good sniffs for our girl, and nothing in the area that posed any risk to her at all. We loved it and will definitely return!

Great spot! Very clean, the fencing is nice and secure, and the parking is private so you don't have to worry about fighting for a spot on the street. Milo had a great time 😁

This is an excellent spot close to the hard to find yards Northside of Pittsburgh. It's the perfect amount of room to play catch even for a 75lb doggo.

Super space! Extremely nice, grass was cut nice and low, the fence was nice, tall, sturdy, and safe. I didn’t feel afraid once about my puppy getting into trouble. The ONLY thing is, if you’re going around this time bring bug spray! The area is really well maintained but the mosquitoes were out in force. Besides that, an amazing space.

We loved this spot for off leash play and training time! The yard is secure and I love that it has a privacy fence to minimize outside distractions for my reactive dog. There was some construction going on, dogs barking, and a bit of garbage at the spot. But all things to be expected in a city sniff spot, and they didn’t affect our experience at all! Would love to visit again!

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.

Are dog parks safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
