12 acre lot partialy to heavily wooded wonderland for your dog to run and enjoy.

This is a heavily wooded area in Connecticut their is always the potential for wildlife interaction which includes coyotes bears bobcats skunks and deer as well as every other animal native to Ct. the property is outlined with livestock wire fences and pose a hazard for your pup please be aware that it is your sole responsibility to maintain control of your pup at all times if they are good off leash by all means let them roam if they are not please keep hazards in mind. Your pup is your responsibility. The property is like any other hilly mountainous areas with some open fields here in Ct. so please take caution while roaming about the property.
