Description

We have 3.5 acres of land. Our house is in one section divided by a barbed wire fence. We have fencing around most of the property but it is not entirely enclosed. Our neighbor’s have farm animals such as goats, horses, and cows. You can take your dog on a walk down the street to see them. The street is pretty private, it’s a dead end so only our neighbor’s or visitors come down. We have chairs and a picnic table. We have a long hose. We will also provide a bowl of water for your dog. We have large trees that provide shade across the property. Any other amenities are available upon request only, and not automatically included.

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls and a dog activated sprinkler. When you tire of throwing tennis balls, get out of the heat in our outdoor Living Room. This covered spot has seating for four people. We also have a hammock and several swings. Bring quarters to feed our goats a snack. Use the provided stainless steel bowl to collect goat treats from the machine. Please note: This is a farm. Our goats are safely contained in another pasture and will not be near your dog(s). While here, you may see chickens, turkeys, cows, tortoises, hawks, barn cats, and more. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. Nice walk trail back to a shaded Area with 3 seating areas a free rinse off area set up front where you park with off ground rise and towels provided to dry them down. For customers you can sit and watch cardinals feed from multiple bird feeding areas. Also squirrels perch set up to get close with nature. Also coming soon trail down to nature spring pond and horses with cottages. You come one with nature right outside lakeland. It is still in stages but in front there is a big fire pit and events to come. Must understand you are in a wooded area and potential for seeing wildlife is always there. Also front of property leads down to a brook that also provides a nice walking stretch with minimal traffic. In spring we have orange and tangerines to pick along the trail and several other wild fruit. I do have tenants off the tral so please stick to the trail to back of the property. Also dog dukey bags are provided to each guest plse be is cordial to others and use them if needed. And just enjoy the property.
