He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day. I also have a fully shaded gazebo for pup parents to stay cool!! Have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe from sun, heat, other animals, cars, etc. in my fenced backyard.

I have two separate areas, one standard front yard fully fenced by 4ft fence and the other 6ft fenced backyard with pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.

Think of it as the perfect "day date" for you and your dog. We've set about a half-acre of natural space for your dog to run, sniff, and play to their heart's content. Our mature trees provide tons of natural shade, so even on a hot Florida day, you can both stay cool and comfortable. This isn't just a place to let your dog off the leash; it's a peaceful sanctuary where you can both unwind. We prioritize safety and a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy some quiet time while your best friend has the time of their life. Come see why our private park is the ideal spot for a little quality time with your favorite pup. Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Back your vehicle up to the big stone. Thanks! There are no trespassing signs throughout the property. They are for warning non welcomed random strangers.
