Welcome to Kiba’s Backyard Oasis, a private, fully fenced backyard designed for safe, relaxed, off-leash play. This is a calm, clean space where pups can run, sniff, explore, swim, or just lounge and enjoy their own little retreat. We’re dog lovers and share our home with Kiba, our Shiba Inu. He will always be safely secured inside the main house during Sniffspot visits, so your dog(s) has the yard completely to themselves. The yard features a pool and an outdoor shower for easy rinsing after playtime. Puppy shampoo and towels are available upon request to make cleanup simple and stress-free. We aim to provide a premium, peaceful “private dog park” experience that feels welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Pool Safety: The backyard includes a pool. Dogs and children must be supervised at all times around water. Swimming and water play are at your discretion and responsibility. $20/hour for up to 2 dogs +$7 per additional dog Max 6 dogs per booking Overtime: $10 per 15 minutes Cleanup fee applies if waste is not picked up Our pricing reflects the privacy, space, and special features of our backyard. Welcome! So happy you are here. My fenced in yard is ready for your dog(s) to run free and get their zoomies out. I have a pergola that gives a fully shaded area for you to sit back and relax and watch TV (I’m connected to just about everything so I get sports🏈🏀 or housewives💁🏼‍♀️) or chaise lounge chairs in the sun for you to get some vitamin D! The pool is currently under construction unfortunately, but if you get hot feel free to use the hose for now. Especially if you want to wash/rinse your fur baby. I have outside lightning so if you get off late no worries over here! I just put in new sod so please be careful when walking around as there is some uneven ground. I don’t mind dogs digging and getting all the fun energy out so watch for holes as well. If there’s anything I can do for you, just message me! I do have outside cameras around my house as a safety measure.

He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day. I also have a fully shaded gazebo for pup parents to stay cool!! Have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe from sun, heat, other animals, cars, etc. in my fully fenced backyard. There is a hose available so feel free to use it! I also have landscape and string lighting that comes on at night so it’s all good if your pup needs good sniffs later in the evening 🐶 if you need anything, just message me. *I have multiple outdoor cameras for safety.*

I have two separate areas, one standard front yard fully fenced by 4ft fence and the other 6ft fenced backyard with pool. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in the hot tub being heated, please select that in the ‘Extra’ options. Two humans included with dog reservation. Just $5 extra for their human friends! Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

Note: Feb 24-27 we will be closed for pond, fountain and fish updates. We are adding a pond filtration system to the pond. Depending on multiple factors, we may also be closed the following Monday. This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. 🕒 Open Daily 6:30A-6:30P 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February.
