Residential fenced in yard with artificial turf. (Please note, turf may be warmer in spots without shade). Plenty of seating, dog toys, water hook up and sprinklers are available to use. Fire pit available to use. Off street parking. Can also provide access to a bubble machine for extra fun. Dog safe and flavored bubbles are available for use. (No extra charge). We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. Yard is professionally cleaned every six months by Tom’s Turf and disinfected daily by homeowner. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.

Fenced in yard with large people patio with table and sofa plus umbrellas for shade. Water bowl for dogs provided. The main area is artifical grass and there is a short fence separating the main yard from the dog beach area. This spot includes access to the dog beach side of the yard with dog agility, sandbox and wading pool

Crazy Dog Lady with a beautiful mulched backyard perfect for your pups to play while you relax in a tropical oasis. 🌴 All plants are pet-safe and I run a home-based pet sitting business inside my house (my dogs will never be outside while you are enjoying the yard). The yard is available for your use and enjoyment! The entire yard is mulch (not grass) and there is a huge driveway space inside the fenced yard as well for the dogs to run. 🚗 On-street parking. It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! Completely fenced backyard with manicured grass for roaming, and frolicking. Toys, treats, poop bags, and water bowl provided. Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
