Located in Northern Neck we have 5 beautiful acres along the Yeocomico River. We have lots of room to run, gorgeous shade tress, water and nearby parks. We're safe off of busy roads. There is no fencing though just beautiful wildlife everywhere. If your pup likes to swim they would love the water. If not there's plenty of acreage that sets apart from wetland to run as well.

Vaiden 8-Acre Private Lawn & Woods In New Kent

The property is over 8 acres total. The front of the property is on New Kent Hwy, across from the New Kent Courthouse area. As you drive onto the property, the Vaiden Inn is close to the street with the parking lot to fit 30-35 vehicles. You can walk towards the back of the property and utilize about 3 acres of manicured lawn with some trees and as you continue to walk back (north) there is another 3 acres of woods. Along the north and west perimeter of the property/woods is a small creek.
