Our 11 acre farm is 1/3 mile down an easement off of a quiet road. We have about 2 acres fenced in as a yard for the pups, and also to keep the cows in their pastures. Entrance to the yard is through a gate next to the driveway near the garage. Appointments only please so that we confirm and can put our friendly pups away - unless you would like playtime, and we are sure the dogs get along. We ask that only fully vaccinated and healthy dogs (not recovering or suffering from a transmittable illness) visit our property, as it’s our home.

Dog Essentials: Waste bags, trash cans, scoopers, water, toys are free to use and clearly marked. Please do not use trashcans in the driveway. Human Essentials: Feel free to use supplies (i.e. bug spray, sanitizers, towels, etc.), fan, chairs, swings, umbrellas - but put everything back in the same spot. Sniffspot Etiquette: Keep dogs leashed upon entering and leaving. Please pick up all trash and waste. No tobacco or vape products during your visit. Children: All children under 18 must be supervised at all times. Parents/Guardians are liable for any damage caused by children. Doggie Playdates: As the Sniffspot guest and community member, it is your responsibility to convey all of the rules to your guests and you are liable for their actions. Please ensure that all humans and furry friends abide by the rules. Other pets: Under no circumstances are other pets e.g. cats, birds, reptiles...etc. allowed during your sniffspot visit. We have over a half an acre, entirely fenced in with a 6 foot wooden privacy fence. Conveniently located in the City of Manassas, right near 28, but it feels like you are in a wide open country space. Very few trees, plenty of room to run. Access to water and baby pool, toys and chairs for owners to use.

Short Hill Field & Pond

Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large spring-fed pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. There is also a dog wash station, towels, and a force dryer, so you won't have to take home a wet, dirty dog. --- Don't see a time available through the app? Cable wire with hooks has been placed at the gate to secure it in place, so it will not swing open! Chairs, Doggie & Human snacks, waste scooper with trash bags have been added! (Unless depleted) Hope to see you soon!!😊 Notes: Please park to the right of the garage and dispose of any waste in the Trash Bin outside of garage/gate. We welcome you and your dogs to enjoy our fully-fenced backyard with private lake access. We offer shade for our guests, both from the trees and a movable pop up tent. We also have a dog-kiddie pool for them to splash around in or rinse off after their dip in the lake. We provide outside toys, doggie waste bags, treats, towels and drinking water for you and our furry guests. We offer a 25 yard leash you can use when your dog is swimming if you are worried about their recall in the water. We even have an agility course for some extra fun! We welcome you to sync your phone to our Bose speaker to listen to your own music or just enjoy the sounds of nature. In the springtime, it’s the perfect weather for your dogs to swim while you enjoy the view. Lots of wildlife to enjoy, you may even help us find newly hatched baby turtles during your stay! All dogs are welcome!
