This is a 25 acre property. I live on this property with 3 dogs, 2 horses and 2 barn cats. The Sniffspot would be the large open field as well as the wooded area which has a stream. Your dog MUST be leashed (you may use a long lead to allow your dog to explore). My horses are always out. My dogs come in and out through a dog door into one of 2 fenced in areas, so you MAY see them. If your dog is dog reactive, I am happy to keep my dog door closed during your visit. Parking will be in the barn driveway. My dogs and I enjoy this space each and every day and I would love to allow your dog to enjoy this space for their enrichment=)

Feel free to use the wash stall inside the barn (hot water and hoses are yours to use), there is also an outdoor fountain, water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about a three mile walk / run.
