We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. There’s a water hose that can be used as well.

We are offering our back fully fenced backyard( mostly 6 foot privacy fence, but 1 side is a 4 foot wire pasture fence). Driveway goes through a pasture gate . You can drive right into the back yard, latch the gate, and let your doggy go wild! Approx. .5 acre of mowed lawn . 1 mature tree for shade. Also 1 chair for their humans to sit in and enjoy watching their dog run wild! My neighbor to the north has 3 pasture dogs that run their yard after 4pm during the week and on the weekends. They cannot get through the fence though.

This space was created for one simple reason. Dogs deserve a place where they can truly be dogs. Run freely, sniff everything, roll in the grass, and enjoy off-leash time without stress or crowds. I am fortunate to have the space, and I wanted to share it with other dog lovers who may not have access to a large, safe area for their dogs to run. Hearing that dogs leave here happy and tired genuinely makes my day. Guests are welcome to use the driveway and drive all the way back to the designated parking area near the back structure for convenient access to the field. A water faucet is available on the east side of the back building for guest use. Guests are welcome to bring their own water bowls or kiddie pools. The property is enclosed with field fencing. While it has safely contained the dogs we’ve had here, very small dogs or young puppies should be supervised, as with any outdoor fenced area. Some areas include visual barriers and natural vegetation to help reduce outside distractions, so dogs can relax and enjoy safe off-leash freedom. Please note that the area immediately surrounding our home, enclosed by a white vinyl fence, is not part of the Sniffspot. This space houses our chickens and ducks, so you may occasionally hear quacking or squawking, along with normal household activity as we care for our animals. The designated Sniffspot area remains private and separate for guest use. This spot is best suited for dogs who enjoy open space, exploring, and having room to move at their own pace. It works well for playtime, decompression, training, or simply letting your dog enjoy quiet freedom. Please note that this is a natural outdoor space. You may encounter uneven ground, insects, wildlife typical of Florida, and occasional ant mounds despite ongoing management. Early morning visits can be dewy, so rain boots or waterproof footwear are recommended. For visits after dusk, insect spray or long sleeves are advised due to mosquitoes. Florida weather can be unpredictable. If rain or an unexpected situation affects your visit, please message me as soon as possible and I’m happy to work with you when feasible. Autumn's Dog Park

Autumn's Dog Park is a private dog park that is a part of the Sniffspot community. We are conveniently located near the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel in a safe gated community called Wrencrest. Autumn's Dog Park is better than a community dog park because you have the privacy of playing and relaxing in your own private park without the worry of your dog getting hurt. It's like playing in your own backyard. We have shaded seating areas. A screened in lanai. There are dog bowls to give your fur baby water. A small doggy pool and hose to cool off. We have dog toys and treats. Come check us out and stay for an hour or two.

Twin Oaks Ranch & Pool

GPS does not take you to the correct location so please please read my welcome message before pulling into property**** ****Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an tadditional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! Inside the enclosed porch you will find the standup wash station. Professional wash station with everything you need to wash your fur babies and dry them. Please be sure to add this option in the add-ons section prior to checkout. I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app or call me at the number provided in the automated welcome message. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. Think of it as the perfect "day date" for you and your dog. We've set about a half-acre of natural space for your dog to run, sniff, and play to their heart's content. Our mature trees provide tons of natural shade, so even on a hot Florida day, you can both stay cool and comfortable. This isn't just a place to let your dog off the leash; it's a peaceful sanctuary where you can both unwind. We prioritize safety and a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy some quiet time while your best friend has the time of their life. Come see why our private park is the ideal spot for a little quality time with your favorite pup. Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road.
