Private Fully Fenced Yard Off Baptist Road With Mountian Range View

This yard is right off of the street. For easy parking and easy access. It is fully fenced in even for the smallest dog won’t get out of. It has a rock area for digging as well as a large grassy area for playing and rolling around in the grass. Also seating area and a picnic table. (Please don’t use the fire pit or hot tub) Views of the mountain range in the Air Force Academy can be seen from the yard. My neighbors do have other dogs, but the there is fences and their yards to keep their dogs from coming to the fence in my yard. Super safe, scenic and relaxing. Please see pictures for more details. (I do not provide poop bags, so please provide your own)

We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres between the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an inground pool that is dog friendly. **note the price listed is for swimming pups**. We welcome up to 2 adults to join in the swim. If there will be more than 2 attendees swimming, please add as an "extra" for $30. Limit of 4 people*** There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we will approve them if given enough notice. We have horses for neighbors and great views. Fully fenced in backyard with bushes and trees to run around. Side gate available for additional access. Neighbor dogs are visible in one portion of the yard but there are two fences in between. I do have a dog named Gus that absolutely loves to play if your pup wants a playmate, he does however socialize at daycare. Toys can be provided also. Looking forward to see your pup have a blast!

Perfect for pups who love to run, sniff, and explore! We have a covered patio for shade and can provide fresh water during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys to make the play session even more fun, however, we provide some as well! My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. We’re excited to share our little slice of doggie heaven with you and your furry friend! To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests!
