It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available! Pool, lanai, and WiFi available as an extra. 🕒 Open Daily 6AM to 8PM. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. Located minutes from downtown Punta Gorda, gorgeous 2 acres, owner residence on site. Large shady oaks, big dig pit, private pasture and well-cut grass to run and play. Water and toys-FULLY FENCED! 1 couple or 1 owner, 1-3 dogs only. Smaller dogs welcome, just be aware of little gaps, use leash as needed. No small kids or families at our spot for safety reasons. (Beware of red ant piles-we treat often but rains stir them up, dogs usually stay clear-Keep feet moving) Please honor your timeframe with 15 min buffer before & after bookings. Play dates of 5 dogs must be approved in advanced with owners in attendance. Must book under one primary guest only. Please review all notes in my spot profile. Our spot is designed to work with nature, weather and our hobby farm lifestyle. Occassionally we will use the large burn pit and grass will be mowed-rainy days will come and grass may grow tall before next mow.
