My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.

Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking.
