Our house is on a corner lot with a sizable metal fence. Plenty of street parking, along with a yard that is shaded in different parts throughout the day. We have a screened in back patio for dog owners use only (please no dogs in the patio area) with a fan, comfortable seating, TV and wifi access. A restroom is available in our office during working hours. Because of water restrictions, we don't have carpet grass. Our yard is mowed but it has native grasses and weedy plants. Our dog is living her best life here, and we thought, “hey this could be a great place for people To bring their dogs!” And we are here for it! You can walk the the perimeter of the property, which is a perfect 400 meters(1 track lap). Part of the trail is all along the Colorado River, lined with beautiful tall trees. Sit in the egg chairs or hammock in the trees or enjoy the ample yard art everywhere and there is seating everywhere! The deck has seating for 12, a fridge stocked with cold beverages, a smart tv and surround sound to enjoy a show or music. Our back fence door leads to a small pond behind our home. If you choose to use our entrance, the pond is not fenced in but occasionally has ducks and other wildlife for your furbabies’ excitement.
