Description

A nature retreat for you and your four legged friend(s)! Enjoy 1/2 an acre of wooded property with no neighbor interaction. Take the steps down to the dock for a refreshing swim in the river to cool down. Toys & balls are available for you to play with while you're here, feel free to bring fire wood to build your own fire too! Towels can be available if notified in advance, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off your pup(s)!

Please respect the property and nature; do not litter. Do not come up either set of steps to the home. If your pet poops in a walkway or common area, please pick it up -- do not worry about cleaning it up if it is in the woods or on the hillside. If you need any additional supplies or assistance, please ask!

Welcome to our SniffSpot. W recently purchased our 1.5 acre property that has the entire backyard fenced in. We dont currently have any dogs or outdoor animals so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to put our backyard to good use! Our property is pretty private with not close neighbors and we back up to an open field. There is a large fire pit you are welcome to use (give the weather conditions allow for it) as well as some chairs and a table. We have 4 kitties that may sit in the windows and watch but that should be the only animal interaction that occurs. Please reach out if you have any questions!

What Makes This Spot Special: 🌿 Pesticide- and Fertilizer-Free: We keep our yard completely free of chemicals, making it a safe and natural environment for dogs to explore. 🌳 Plenty of Shade & Vegetation: Ideal for hot days and scent-driven adventures. 💧 Hose Access: Use the hose to cool off, hydrate your pup, or enjoy a little water play—just be sure to turn it off when you're done. 🪑 Porch Seating: Chairs are typically out for your use, but if they’ve been brought in during a storm, feel free to grab them from the screened-in porch. 🦟 Bug Spray Available: Summers can get buggy! I try to keep bug spray on the porch for guests, but you're also welcome to bring your own. 💩 Clean-Up Tools Provided: Please pick up after your pup.
