My backyard is all natural. Lots of shade trees and sticks if your dogs like them. You don’t have to worry about your dog messing anything up. They can even do a little digging if that’s what they like to do. One of my neighbors has an older dog that is not outside very often. If it does come outside, it may yap for a bit before he tires himself out.

Update: As of early May the hot weather is turning the green grass dry quicker then expected. We are hopeful with some cooler days coming and some possible light rain that it will green up a bit. Recent picture are posted and I will do my best to update as the summer season continues. Fetch Field is an enclosed but wide open, natural field with plenty of room for your dogs to roam. Enjoy and relax under the shady oaks as your dogs explore or use the length of the yard to play fetch or to practice recall drills in a secure setting while you are training.

Welcome to Redwood Acre Ranch! Have your own private dog park with you or your friends on a local farm. Fully fenced, pooper scooper, trash can and water bowl. Please confirm first with us before booking. We do have a livestock guardian on the property so we would like to have the dog secured before visitors. Pool is for dog use only. Parking on the street. $20 dog/hour

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. A 1/3 acre private back yard, fully fenced, with double fencing. Dog pool available (as is, free; cleaned and pre-filled for extra charge). Organic grass and weeds, free of weed-killer chemicals.

Wide Open Space

Time for rain boots! Stream goes through the middle of the spot and it gets muddy so wear your rain boots! Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.
