Description

Fully fenced yard with three car paved lot. Access to fence through side gate, have chairs and hammock available upon request as they are stored depending on weather. Have three large dogs that also use the yard but will be separated.

New, fully fenced half acre mowed field. Plenty of space for your dog(s) to stretch their legs and get out all their zoomies! Plenty of toys, drinking water and places to investigate! Fence is 4ft high with wooden footboard. Fence is welded metal…..Your dog(s) will be safe and contained. Park located ~1 mile down a dead end dirt road with minimal car traffic and moderate pedestrian traffic. West side of park parallels road with a steep bank and ~15ft separating it. To the South is hayfield and our house is to the North. Our house is ~30ft from North side of park, but fully visible. To the East, enjoy views of Georgia Mountain and Mount Mansfield (in Winter months). Pooper scooper, poop bags, hand sanitizer and receptacle available but please pack in pack out all other trash. The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!
