Description

Over 1 acre of pasture and field area- fully fenced with 6-8ft view friendly fencing. Located in the quiet, serene country of Orange County. Surrounded by Duke Forest and Triangle Land Conservancy forest on either side. Immediately adjacent to Brumley Forest south lot which contains over 600+ acres with trails for additional activities. Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids. We are out in the country so bug spray is always recommended. We are a Safe Space property. Please reach out with any questions or for additional information.

There is a doggy Dooly in the back yard for waste. There is a dog park gate system. Owners dogs may be visible or heard from inside the house but they will be secured.
